What should I wear?
Solid, muted colors look best on photos. Choose something that makes you feel comfortable and shows your personality. However, keep in mind that fitted clothing is more flattering than billowy clothing or bat-winged tops. Try and wear clothing that doesn't detract from your face: Your clothes should be free of large logos to avoid distraction. Be sure all clothes are lint and hair free.
What about Make-up?
You will want to achieve a natural even skin tone and cover up any blemishes. Moist lips also look best in photos, so bring a lip balm/moisturizer to keep your lips hydrated during the shoot. If you do wear make-up you can apply it a little heavier so it will show better on photos.
How should I prepare for my photo session?
1. All you intend to wear should be laid out, clean and ironed the night before. Wrinkle-free clothing will help make your image much more professional.
2. Eat! Be sure to eat something before you leave for your session so you're not hungry during the shoot. You will look better, be more focused, and have the energy throughout the shoot.
3. Facials and haircuts should be done a week or so before the shoot date to avoid fly-aways and distressed skin.
4. Have an even tan, don’t get sunburned!
5. Clean and freshly-paint those nails, and moisturize and scrub away dry skin.
6. Bring a variety of outfits – cap and gown for graduates, something casual, something stylish. Wear what you think you look best in, but take the opportunity to also try a new look, just to surprise folks.
7. Bring props that recall your high school years – Graduation gown, cords, band instrument, sports gear like a football, volleyball or baseball bat, letter jacket, sunglasses. Your graduation photo should be unique to your life and personality.

What if my Graduate hates having his/her picture taken?
I understand! Don't put unnecessary pressure on them, just be thankful for their participation on any level. To set them at ease I'll address their concerns and see if I can come up with a compromise to make everyone relatively happy. If possible, bring extra clothes and let us decide together what works best.
Do I have to order all my photos at one time?
That is up to you. Some prints will come with our photo session, but for extra prints you can place orders at any time. However, you will get a 15% discount off any additional prints you order within the first 30 days.
How and when do I pay for my photos?
I accept cash or checks. The Session amount is due at the time of the photo session. Additional print orders will be placed with payment of 1/2 of the order amount and the remainder due upon delivery. You may also pay in full at time of ordering.
Can I substitute for different size prints?
Yes. If you prefer different print sizes or would like to get a canvas instead substitutions can be made. In some cases there might be a price difference, please ask for details.
